General Instructions

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your game at Number One Escape Room to allow time for check-in and a briefing on rules and safety. Dress comfortably, as you’ll be exploring themed environments, interacting with props, and solving a variety of puzzles. Cell phones, cameras, and recording devices are not permitted during gameplay to maintain the mystery and integrity of the experience. After your mission, take advantage of the themed photo spots to celebrate your escape—or plan your comeback.

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.
