General Instructions

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game at Case Closed Immersive Experience for check-in and a comprehensive briefing. You will be introduced to the storyline, game rules, and safety protocols to ensure an enjoyable experience. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for ease of movement. Phones and recording devices must be stored away during gameplay to maintain full immersion. Capture your team’s victory with a photo after your escape.

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.
