General Instructions

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time at Lost Games to allow for check-in and a full mission briefing. Our game masters will walk you through the storyline, safety rules, and gameplay expectations. Wear comfortable clothes, as you’ll be actively participating in a fully immersive environment filled with tactile puzzles and interactive elements. To maintain the experience for others, phones and recording devices must be stored away. After your game, celebrate your victory (or near escape) with a group photo in our themed area.

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.
