Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled escape game at Room Escape Ottawa to check in and receive a full briefing. You'll be introduced to the storyline and safety protocols before entering the room. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for active participation. Phones and recording devices must be stored away to preserve the immersive experience. After your escape attempt, gather for a photo and relive your adventure with your team.

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.
