Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game at The Exit Game to complete check-in and receive a full briefing on the story and safety protocols. Wear comfortable clothing as you’ll be actively engaging with puzzles and exploring themed rooms. Phones and recording devices must be stored away during gameplay to preserve immersion. After your game, commemorate your escape with a group photo in the designated area.

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.
