General Instructions

Guests visiting The Sweet Escape Room should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled game time to ensure a smooth check-in process. Our friendly staff will guide you through a brief orientation before your adventure begins. Each room allows up to 8 players and gives you 60 minutes to complete your mission. Please store all personal belongings in our secure lockers, and remember that phones and photography are not allowed inside the game rooms. Whether you're here for fun or a challenge, be ready to think fast and work together!

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.
