General Instructions

Please arrive at the new Trivium Games location 15 minutes before your scheduled experience to check in and receive your mission briefing. You’ll have 60 minutes to unravel the story, solve layered puzzles, and complete your objective. Lockers are available for personal belongings, and phones or recording devices are not allowed inside. Get ready to lose yourself in a world where the story is as important as the escape.

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.
