General Instructions

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game at NeverLand for check-in and a pre-game briefing. You’ll be guided through the storyline, gameplay rules, and safety protocols before entering your escape adventure. Comfortable clothing is recommended to ensure ease of movement throughout your experience. Phones and recording devices must be securely put away to maintain the integrity of the immersive environment. After your escape, enjoy a commemorative photo to capture the magic.

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.
