General Instructions

To begin your mission at Operation Outbreak: El Paso Escape Game, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and a tactical briefing. Each escape game lasts approximately 60 minutes and accommodates 2–8 players depending on the mission. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, as some scenarios may involve crawling, searching, or fast-paced problem solving. Recommended for ages 12 and up; players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All bookings must be made in advance through our website. Get ready to outsmart the virus, expose the truth, and complete your mission before the countdown hits zero.

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.
